You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Subscription & Billing

Some features of Homeschool AI OS require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Homeschool AI OS for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include:

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models
• Using the service to generate harmful or inappropriate content
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the platform
• Using automated systems to scrape data from the site

Intellectual Property

Homeschool AI OS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated by you within the platform remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homeschool AI OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination
